I give a personal commitment to all our customers to have their products available to them all year round provided I know in advance what their requirements are.
We have to have a regular supply of all the common fruits in stock all year round to ensure that none of our customers is ever left short. If ever we do run low on a particular product, we have trucks coming from Poland every month and from Holland every week so the chances of running out of anything are very unlikely.
All product is only sourced from approved factories or agents. Each year I visit and audited as many of them as I can. If I cannot visit them all I always get a copy of their certification.
We operate under HACCP guidelines and have BRC Certification.
